Starting today, every Convoyn workspace has access to the visual workflow builder: a drag-and-drop canvas for building automations that used to require an engineer.

Pick a trigger — a new message, a tag added, a form submitted, or a scheduled time — then branch with conditions based on contact data or message content, and drop in actions like sending a message, assigning an agent, or updating a CRM field.

We built this after watching customers hack together the same logic using disconnected tools and spreadsheets. The builder publishes instantly and shows live enrollment and completion rates, so you can see exactly where a workflow is working and where it’s losing people.
